Hi - I'm Dr. Rachel Higginbotham, MD. I am a board certified sleep physician and as well as a certified health coach with a passion for helping women who struggle with sleep. I am also a wife, a mom to three amazing girls, a sister, daughter, caregiver of dogs, chickens and a cat, driver of kids, family chef, all things medical and wellness for my family and the list goes on and on. Like so many of you I am juggling A LOT. The mental work load is incredible and can be crippling. I know all too well the pressure to do well in all of these areas, the endless to do list and the tendency to care for everyone before myself. I, too, have experienced first hand how all of this can lead to sleepless nights. I also know that there is another way. I know we have limitless options and we can make new choices to nurture ourselves, to create balance in our lives, which will in turn allow us to sleep at night. I have helped hundreds of women with sleep struggles, many of whom have had years and years of insomnia and I can't wait to help you too!
